My house in Geogia

まずは家探しをしなければなりません！！ここはGeogiaのPeachtree Cityと呼ばれるところで、周辺は森ばかりです。なのでゴルフ場が沢山あるらしく、この街の中はゴルフカート専用の道路があり、どこへでもゴルフカートで行き来できるように設計されているそうです。そんなところですから、アパート探しといっても、アパート自体の数が少なく限られてくるわけです。今年の4月からGeogiaのほうにきている同僚に紹介してもらったアパートを見に行きました。なんと滞在先のホテルから歩いて数分のところです。Summitと呼ばれるアパートなんですが、日本でいうと、きれいなリゾート地にあるペンション見たいな感じでした。

At first I must look for a house to live in!! It is called Peachtree City in Geogia here and there are only forests. Thus there are many golf courses. You can go to everywhere by a golf cart in this town because this town has roads for exclusive use of a golf cart. Because of such town, there are a little apartments in this town. My friend who works in my company and lives in Geogia from April introduced apartment where he lives. It is a place for several minutes from a hotel where I stay. It is called "Summit".

同僚と同じアパートといっても敷地がものすごく広く、4階建てのアパートが12,3棟ぐらいありました。さらに無料利用できるプールやバーベキューのスペース、フィットネスやインターネット、テニスコートにコインランドリーと、本当にリゾート地のホテルみたいな設備です。あいている部屋は1Bet Roomで3F、南東日当たりがよく、冷蔵庫とエアコンがついてます。バルコニーもあり、なかなか眺めもよかったです。一人で住むには広すぎるぐらいでしょうか。

"Summit" has a large space, and there are about 12 four-story apartments. And it has a swimming pool, the barbecue space, fitness, Internet space, a tennis court and a coin-operated laundry. I can use them free! The room which I watched is 1 betroom(3F) and has a refrigerator and an air-conditioner. The sun is good and there is a balcony from which I can see the nice veiw. I think it is very large for living alone!!

Wal Martもすぐ近くだし、Officeも車で数分だし、なんともとっても気に入ってしまい、ここに決めてしまいました(^0^)/　家賃は15ヶ月契約で$690で、光熱費は別です。本日は管理費と事務手数料$250とられ、来週、敷金+家賃(来月だけ$200 Discount)の$1180を用意して契約することにしました。ということで家はほぼ決まり、次は車です(^0^)/

But I like it because Wal Mart is near here and it takes about 5 minutes to my office by a car. So I decided to live in it.(^0^)/ Rent is $690 a month, I pay $250 today that is application fee and administration fee. I will prepare $1180, a deposit + rent (next month, $200 Discount), and sign a contract next week. what I must do next is my car.(^0^)/
