Battery Park City

At first in Japanese!!
World Trade Center跡地の近くは、Battery Park Cityと呼ばれているようです。
Battery Parkという公園には自由の女神のあるLiberty島へのフェリー乗り場があります。World Trade Center跡地の西側（ハドソン川寄り）には、World Financial Centerという大きなビルがあり、その近辺は、とてもきれいな川沿いの公園になってました。

ちょっと覗いてみたのですが、なかなかいい感じの公園です。
ハドソン川の向こうはNJ州、そう、私の住んでいる街が見えました。

Horbokenからの夜景とは逆から見た眺めになりますね(^^)
なかなかNJのほうも、いい眺めです。
Manhattanに比べると、ビルの数は少ないですけどね(^^;
近くではバレーボールを楽しんでいる人もいました。

またこの辺りは、観光船やシーバスの船着場のようで、船が沢山ありました。

It seems to be called "Battery Park City" near a vacant lot where World Trade Center used to be. There is a ferry platform to Liberty Island with the Statue of Liberty in a park of Battery Park. There is a big building called "World Financial Center" at west side (Hudoson river side) of a vacant lot where World Trade Center used to be, and there is a beautiful park.
When I tried to go there, I felt a very good park!! In the other side of the Hudson, I can see State of NJ, where I live in. It is a veiw which reverses with The Night View from Horboken (^^). It is a nice veiw too. In NJ, the number of buildings is less than in Manhattan(^^;.
Some people enjoyed volleyball there. In addition, there are a lot of ship which are sightseeing ship or sea bus.
